Filter cloth auto-curl system:

filter pressDue to the large viscosity of some materials in the filtration process, it is difficult for the filter cake to fall off automatically. The filter cloth zigzagging system developed by our company enables the filter press to change the tilting angle of the filter cloth into a v-shape when it is in operation, and at the same time, the spring holding on the filter cloth shakes due to its expansion and contraction, so as to make the filter cake fall off automatically. The tension rod is made of reinforced polypropylene, which is lightweight, corrosion-resistant, flexible and reliable, and easy to maintain.

Performance characteristics

1. The viscosity of some materials is large, which makes it difficult for the filter cake to be peeled off automatically. The filter cloth zigzag arm developed by our factory can make the filter press change the angle of inclination of the filter cloth into an inverted V shape when it is working, and the spring on the filter cloth shakes due to the expansion and contraction, so that the filter cake can be peeled off automatically.

2. Avoid the phenomenon of capillary leakage of filter cloth during the filtration process of filter press, and reduce the water content of filter cake.

3. The filter cake can be unloaded into the matching mud storage hopper, which is convenient for centralised shipment. The size of the hopper can be customised according to the filter press model and customer requirements, and the opening mode is divided into two types: electric and pneumatic.

Product Applications

The products are widely used in the purification and treatment of industrial wastewater (chemical wastewater, smelting wastewater, electroplating wastewater, leather wastewater, printing and dyeing wastewater, brewing wastewater, pharmaceutical wastewater, stone wastewater) and domestic wastewater in the production process of chemical industry, petroleum, oil refining, pharmaceuticals, sugar, metallurgy, foodstuffs, ceramics, coal beneficiation, tailings, and other various industrial industries. The specifications of filter plate are 520*520, 700*700, 800*800, 870*870, 1000*1000, 1250*1250, 1500*1500, 2000*2000, etc., and the working pressure is 0.6MPa, 1.0MPa, 1.6MPa, 2.0MPa, 2.5MPa, 4MPa, etc., and the filter temperature can be adapted to -40 to 120 degrees. The filtration temperature can be adapted to -40-120℃, and the filtration area is 0.5-1600 square metres. The products can meet the needs of different users, and can be customised for users of various specifications of non-standard filter presses, filter plates, filter frames (including special requirements for import and export products).

What are the applications of your products?

Can you guys help me choose a model?

Of course! Our engineers need the temperature and viscosity of the material in the state of filtration, physical and chemical properties, processing capacity per unit of time, moisture content of the cake, solid content in the filtrate and so on. Selection of the model according to the placement space. The choice of model size (filter area and chamber volume) is mainly determined by analogy and laboratory tests.

Why is it so slow to quote a price?

Because the filter press belongs to non-standard customisation, there are many models, and the price range is also very large. Even if the same model, the material used and the configuration is not the same, the price difference is also very large, to the most common filter press control parts - PLC, for example, the price of a first-line brand PLC is several times the price of ordinary PLC. Therefore, we need to determine the relevant information, and ultimately give you an accurate price. Under normal circumstances, if you provide more comprehensive information, you can quote within 15 minutes.

What information should I provide when I need a quote?

Normally, if you want to get an accurate quotation, you are recommended to provide us with this information: 1. The type of sludge to be filtered: is it physical sludge, or biochemical sludge? Conventional filter presses are available for physical sludge, while belt and stacked-screw filter presses are required for biochemical sludge, especially sludge containing oil or viscous sludge.?

2, the water content of sludge after filtering: chamber filter press, plate and frame filter press, diaphragm filter press after filtering sludge with low water content, stacked-screw filter press after filtering sludge with slightly higher water content, belt filter press with the highest.?

3, sludge treatment of continuous or intermittent: chamber filter press, plate and frame filter press, diaphragm filter press filter press can only be used in an intermittent way to deal with sludge, belt filter press and stacked-screw filter press can be a continuous treatment of sludge, high processing efficiency.?

4, sludge treatment to meet the floor space requirements: If the customer has a floor space limit, then you can choose vertical filter press, but it will cause the increase of this, if there is no floor space limit, then you can choose other ways.

5, the different forms of filter presses on the feed pump requirements: chamber filter press, plate and frame filter press, diaphragm filter press filtration mode because of the use of intermittent, it is recommended to use diaphragm sludge pumps, while if the belt filter press and stacked screw filter press is recommended to use the sludge screw pumps, you can also use diaphragm sludge pumps.

6, the choice of filter cloth: filter cloth to be selected according to the type of sludge, the regular situation according to our selection book, special circumstances to be selected after a small pilot device test.?

7. Site installation conditions (horizontal or vertical installation) and other information.
